1. Production Process

Selection and Customization:

Order and Payment:

  • After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. If not, please check your spam folder.
  • If you encounter any payment issues, our customer service will contact you within 12 working hours.

Doll Production:

  • Production starts after payment confirmation and typically takes 3-7 working days. Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks.
  • Production times may be extended during holidays, and we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping:

  • Free shipping via sea or rail, suitable for non-urgent orders.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Air shipping is available for an additional fee, significantly reducing delivery time. Please contact us for pricing details.

Delivery Time:

  • Total delivery time = production time + shipping time. Specific times may vary due to weather, customs, holidays, and other factors.

Logistics Partners:

  • We partner with UPS, DHL, FedEx, and EMS. The choice of carrier depends on your delivery address and destination.

Duties and Taxes:

  • All prices include import duties, taxes, and VAT, and all paperwork is processed to ensure there are no hidden fees.

3. Delivery and Inspection

Discreet Packaging:

  • To ensure your privacy, orders are packaged in plain, unmarked boxes.

Delivery Process:

  • Once production is complete, your order will be shipped via our logistics partners, and you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Flexible Delivery Options:

  • You may choose to have the package delivered to a nearby pickup point or coordinate with the courier to adjust delivery times and addresses.

Package Inspection:

  • Upon receiving the package, please inspect it for any damage before opening. If there are any issues, take photos or videos to help resolve the problem.

4. Handling Package Issues

Incorrect or Damaged Dolls:

  • If you receive an incorrect or damaged doll, please provide a complete unboxing video showing the entire doll, head, shipping label, and packaging. We will arrange for replacement or repair.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier immediately to file a claim. Most packages require an adult signature to reduce such issues.

5. Additional Information

Free and Discreet Shipping:

  • We offer free global shipping for all dolls (except where prohibited by law). Packages are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes.

International Shipping Considerations:

  • Orders shipped from our U.S., EU, and Canada warehouses may enjoy free or low-cost shipping. For orders shipped from China, international shipping costs are borne by the customer.
